I am sure this zone will get revamped eventually. Hell they changed Hate, and it was fine.
The problem with these items is that even if they were dropped in zones that were easily accessable, they still wouldnt be used. Or at least done so rarely.
If they continue to refuse item upgrades, they should at least add focus effects. I think that would be a respectable compromise. I love focus items.

This is an example of a PoS quest that isn't worth it. The no drop part of this quest is one of the only PoS items we have let rot due to its utter uselessness.
By the time you are high enough level to do this quest you could have gotten something several times better
I'm a lvl 39 ranger and have a chipped velium amulet which I would take over this almost any day. Sure the extra stats are nice, but why waste time doin sumthin like this. By the time you are ready for this, I'm sure you have something better.

NOT c'mon this is nothing compared to even the lowest talisman from ww dragons. And there r still other good neck pieces. Sv's r nice but thats bout all.
