these are animals, but they wont let druids charm em even with lvl 63 charm :( now i gotta get a tank to help with my 1.5 piece

Actually you can just invis down to the pools. Our entire group made it down there without any problems. It's very easy.
Once you get there, there's a little hallway that's fairly safe. Set up camp there and have a Ranger/Druid cast harmony to ease the pulling.

Can you obtain these boots using your fishing skill? if so what lure do you need ? Are these hip waders?

nice to see ranger only stuff dropping again. now i just need a few more lvls before i even venture into CT again.
What area of CT are these dropped in, and are these a portion of a whole set, if so I'm gonna need to check out CT when I am able to.

Not really as for the whole set question, and as for the where in CT it may drop is also a big fat negative. Some people dont always email in new items, and I do not know how new this item may be, it could have been implemented last patch. Please try and realize that some people post questions because they want an answer not to have it thrown back their way, if you do not know, don't reply ;P

There are two pools down in the cavern. Green and Blue. Green is the further one (if my memory severs me). Look there. If you live that long.
Entrance is just inside the courtyard, up above the CY gate is two doors, both lead down to the entrance well. Swim down, you'll be fighting all the way down.
