I was the one who sent in the information about the Belt, but I failed to mention that it should be worn in the Waist slot...
I guess one should not assume that Belt = Waist hehe

Or, it could be as simple as someone at Alla's typing/clicking the wrong slot - or even the person who sent it in wasn't paying attention and typed "hands".
