This item drops off An Elemental Crusader on Aradune during Kunark era. Confirmed by myself, and a guildie, who have both finished the shield.
Dropping on Test from "an elemental warrior" in The Hole as of the recent questgiver additions, now has the Quest flag.
Just something to leave on corpse

Ok I got one off an elemental warrior right at the front hallway. I have no idea what its for but it uses the same graphic as a black pearl.
