Ruins of Kunark
I just killed a "diseased forest giant" in FV. He was wandering north from the entrance to the city and was at the first section of the path running north. I killed him and he dropped this.

Forest Giant Evergreen at the fort in the middle of Warslik's dropped this for me tonight. It was an upgrade for my 27 troll sk (playing semi-oldschool).
I got one in FV tonite off A Diseased Forest Giant and spawned it after killing a dragoon wandering outside the main city.

These have been dropping off ALL the giants in the camp , saplings and up - maybe a bug.

no the reason you regen at 6 per tick is that after lvl 20 iksar get a 2 hp a tick bonus to their regen.

What? Iksar have innate regen bonus from level 1, not 20.

No the reason is iksar get the Cazic Thule regen ability. It doubles whatever your regen would be if you were say a human or anything else but troll which is why iksar are the best necromancers and they are the best monks if you like to solo. The same reason is why trolls make the best shamans, they have nice regen up till when they can use cannabalize 5 then they have the best stamina so they can make more use of it.
