Trollman, SKs skyshrine arms are 25ac, 10 dex, 7 sv magic, 4 sv fire, 50hp, 20 mana.
If dex and saves are the main reason you want these arms, then let the cleric you hate so much get a shot at these. I'd be suprised if the raiding force taking out these mobs would have tanks that really needed these arms.
As far as the rest of what you said... never heard of a raid not happening because they didnt have enough SKs.

Grats you, indeed. As far as I can tell, these are about the third best cleric arms in the game, behind Rowyl's Metal Armguards and Onyx Chain Sleeves. They should server you quite well.
