Froglok Clerics can now worship Innoruuk and using the note from the DE in the EFP tunnels to gain faction, can get the Initiate Symbol of Innoruuk. Unfortunately, the reward does not list Froglok as a usable race and is therefore not equippable. This item has to be equipped to be used.
Te first part of the next quest for the Disciple Symbol of Innoruuk generates a single use halfling illusion mask. The Skinned Halfling Face Mask IS Froglock usable. The Disciple Symbol of Innoruuk is also not Froglok usable. I have not yet finished the Regent Symbol of Innoruuk for my little Inno worshipping Frog Cleric but have little doubt that it is also not Froglok usable.
I suspect this omission is an oversight. I will petition in game and recommend others do the same.

Did the quest today on my Troll Sk (for faction... had the amulets anyways).
It is still not froglok usable.
Doesn't work clicky-from-inventory on the newer hotbars for a troll sk either (but we already knew that).

I don't think you can do the faction quest anymore since Grobb was taken over by the Frogloks...
The NPC that used to be in Grobb is now in the Freeport sewers (in the same area as the evil class trainers).
Even though the stats will be passed up later by other gear, this could be worth hanging on to for any Clerics who get one (or repeating the quest after getting the higher symbols- complete the set! :) ). I admit that the small amount of STR the effect debuffs for isn't much, but if you're in a group that doesn't have a debuffer, that reduction of STR translates to less damage done by the MOB, therefore, less healing said Cleric has to do. :)
How to boost faction with cleric guild now that grob isnt existing anymore ???

Who else accepts woven grass amulets? Useless?
how do you raise faction with the priests of innoruuk? i have a troll shaman who is trying to complete these quests but cant even get perrir zexus to hand out the quest do to faction, though im apprehensive i believe i need at least indifferent, any info would be awsome

Real easy acctually, go back to grob hail the dark elf lady in shaman guild, get note, give note to Perir get a leatherfot skull cap hand it into him and bam! you are amiable to Dark Elf clerics.

i am guessing that it is right click able. Or you can make a hot key with it, and just type the nuber that you have the hot key set on, and it will proc.

Just set up a hotkey for the slot this is in (neck slot in this case) and you can use the corresponding number for that hotkey whenever you wanna use it. Use it all the time with my Deepwater armour.

OK everyone mark this post as a ground breaker because a paladin has this item that can only be used by worshipers of innoruuk.
Newbie Gart I guess you didnt know deepwater armor right clicks just like this symbol, he meant it could be right clicked with a hotkey just LIKE his deepwater armor. Dumb little newbie....let's mark yours as a "groundbreaker"

Umm, he didn't say he had the item. He has a HOTKEY set up and HE USES THE HOTKEY ALL THE TIME TO TRIGGER EFFECT OF DEEPWATER ARMOR.

the effect is right click. i got this at first lvl friend buffed me and took me out to ruins i hide near the zone wall. then i went and looted the necklaces because they are no drop. i'm very happy about it! Have fun! A break for dark elfs because we rock we rock.
