Found on a merchant in the bazaar on Phinny. So still drops somewhere somehow.

Fixed, the flag for being a dropped item wasn't on this though it's dropper has been known for awhile so it just wasn't appearing for users.

This has a 2% increased chance to proc over the default proc rate of weapons (according to unknown070 value).
The *average* price on this is wrong. When I posted the price I saw it selling in the TT bazaar for, (20p), the price was listed about 20 times in a row. Please ignore it.

This item is very interesting, to say the list. Looks like a crude stone knife when equipt, yet strikes fairly hard with an incredible proc. 38 DD 190 DOT in 30 sec is fairly awsome. With 100 DEX (roughly) I saw it proc at least 2 times during combats. With shaman DEX buffs 200+ DEX it was more like 5 times.
Not sure when proc happens - I think 40ish. I recieved it on the third raid in the grimling forest raids. If you've never done one I highly recomend them....makes you feel like you are even more part of the EQ story then usual.

The quest was part of the grimling war. We did wave 3 with one good group. Then got wiped on wave 4 with 2 groups.
Wave 4 is to protect 2 camps. The captain has the harder camp. We learned to balance the groups better. We originally split the nukers from the melees. Nuking group was pally, bard, mage, 3 wizards. The melee group was 2 rangers,2 pally, shaman (sorry - forgot the last one).
The problem was that the melees could not keep up on the amount of grimlings and the Captain got killed :( On the nuking group we were getting 7 mobs per wave and we had to have pally and bard camp quickly and come back because they agroed the seargeant.
