Why is a cape a NECK item? Yes, it wraps around your neck, but it covers your back. All non-metal capes hook unto your body by looping around the neck. Stupid Verant. I love it when it rains non-stop in the deserts of Ro.

It only rains a lot in oasis...That's cuz it's in OASIS. SRo and NRo practicaly never rain.
Well, "Oasis" just means a hole in the ground with water, surrounded by desert. Foliage will grow around the water hole due to plant roots hitting moisture from within the ground. This does not mean that there is a place in the desert where it rains a little.
North and South Ro are half desert and contain lots of foliage, so it would be ok to see rain fall there. The same could not be said for Oasis.
Face it, it is a small detail that goes against real life physics, which Verant has screwed up.

Well don't complain about there being rain in deserts cuz now verant has a zone (the grey on luclin) that is a vacum (no air) but there is still a lake in the middle of the zone. I don't know how you could possibly have a body of water in a vacum without it dissipating into water vapours.
All I got to say is that if you turn into a wolf and teleport from one place to another in the blink of an eye....then i doubt that rain in a dessert and a body of water in vacum should be a problem.

Was doing the EBW quest, killed the maid 2ce and droped 2 wreaths, I'd imagine this is his common drop.
Yes indeed - the Maid definitely has the better booby prize. But I guess the MR on this will come in handy, in certain situations.
