Ok, what does Humaniod do, against what mobs...I thought this weapon would be effect against Lord Seru, but he Seru Bane weapons....WTF is a humaniod...Humans..If so Kill'EM All and Point me to the Froglok Bane weapens..(damn home wreckers)

I know they are two totally different (yet very similar in the same way) games/worlds. but from my experience playing D&D, I'm assuming this weapon's bane damage would work against any bipedal mob or any half-human quadrupedal (centaurs and such) mobs.
Confirmed humanoid type mobs : Diaku in tactics, goblin types in everfrost, some other types of LDoN mobs, 'people' in Seru and Katta, and supposedly the Zeks in tactics (not confirmed).
Bane damage adds to the base damage of the weapon, in much the same way as elemental damage except not resistable by the type of mob it banes. So this axe is 42-47/51 vs humanoid type, and 41-46/51 to other mobs. The damage range is dependant upon how well the mob resists the fire damage.
This is quite a nice little twink weapon. No recommended level, and your twink shouldn't have faction problems getting to the body to loot this. Usually a group of 60-65s who are killing praesertiums for the shard for arx key/earring won't need this drop.

Got mine last night in Seru....man this thing is awesome. A bit slow but with haste item and spell haste it rocks!
Dropped from Preasertum Vantorus in Seru...man he a bit hard but all the bosses of the houses are.

I saw a lvl 40 pally wielding this in Dreadlands...didnt know what it was, thought it was Luclin Junk cause he didnt have that great of gear...but I was wrong and am now looking for one for my sk

Looks like an upgrade to Strength of Grodan (41/51 +25 str +10 sta)....wonder if it uses the same graphic.

I ma pretty ure this comes from Seru off one of the mini bosses there. In each of the houses(hand, eye, heart, shouldersI believe) is a mini boss. They banish people to the city jail and pretty fun fights.Don't remember whch dropped this. if not the same axe similar stats

Posted: Sep 11 2002 at 4:20 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) I wouldn't be surprised if it dropped in VT or perhaps Sanctus Seru...many places aren't yet entirely scouted out and routinely raided by the big guilds, and city zones that would require high level quilds won't usually raid in such places due to bad faction...
