this is the wrong one, i know what you guys are talking about- the locket that dropped off nesting rats (dunno ifit still does). the other golden locket you get from the quest is a no stat neck item with five charges of courage
There's a zombie in the aquaducts that drops "order of thunder amulet". The one I got gives +5 CHA and +10 HPs, +2AC. The zombie was probably 6th lvl and is a very easy kill.
If you get the dress off of Cubert, you're better off using it for the +3 INT earring.

i was wondering about these charged items....after you use em up...can you get em recharged? or do you just need to get a new one?
Once they are used they are useless. There is no way to recharge items.

Some items CAN be recharged go look up the invis mask on the Katta Kastelum if you don't belive me.

There are two "Golden Lockets." One looks like a medal and is a quest item given by Guard Elron when you return his daughter's dress (dropped off Cuburt in the Aqueducts). The other looks like a Golden necklace with a Black stone, and it drops as loot off the Nesting Rat in the Aqueducts.
Elron's locket has a 5-charge Courage effect and no stat bonuses. The rat loot has the stats shown in the screenshot here (AC 2, +3 Cha).
I was confused about this, so I went to the sewers myself to get it squared away.

The locket also has three charges of the ability: Curage.

I did the quest and got a "Golden Locket" with 5 charges of Courage, and no AC or CHA stat buffs :(.
Not sure if that means there's multiple versions, or if they keep changing it.

Yes, there are more than one different Golden Lockets, a quest one (from Cubert in the aqueducts), and a non-quest one (from the nesting rat).
