It's been a while, but from what I remember they emailed you a claim code that you redeem through the game, resulting in this item in your /claim window. Many people went to the convention and bought an extra ticket at the door, resulting in a second claim code for this item, which they then sold on Ebay for much more than the price of the ticket itself.
