Went to Lavastorm with my ranger (tracking 300 of 300) and found 1 "A Fire Drake".in the whole zone!
Re-pop time is just under 5 minutes.
Re-pops near SW of zone +1,061, +460, -88.

If you are of high enough level these also drop in skyfire mountains from drakes. many high level spells also dorp there and putrid bile is also used in the task system given by an npc in the overthere
Putrid Bile is a pretty common drop off of Fire Drakes in Lavastorm Mtns. And, fire drakes are very prevalent in Lavastorm. In an hour of farming, you should be able to get over a stack of putrid bile.
