HES GOT LOTS OF Hp AND EVEN WITH RESISTS ALL OVER 150.. I STILL GOT NUKED A FEW TIMES.. SEVERAL NUKES WERE 600+.. UMM WHAT CAN I SAY I WAS BORED AND HE GAVE EXP.

seems like youd have to be quite a bit higher than 25 to take out the weaponsmith... i could be wrong though

you're right, he is a lvl 45 sk with about 3k hp, there is no way in heck a 25 can take him out without quite a bit of reinforcements. he isnt the toughest mob around for his lvl though and i had a lvl 48 bard friend solo him for me when i heard he was bored hunting bloodgills and wanted to go play in the fort for a few. he had the hammer, and the bard invis'd me into the wpn smiths room so i could loot. saves me a lil bit of hassle down the line when my scaley sk catches up to the last quest in the greenmist series. i love those rare moments where timing shows me its favor, now if only i can get the same luck in other parts of kunark, trying to get my war an ibc in kurns for his off hand and have already wasted way too many hrs camping that god forsaken jester. 8P
I was thinking the same thing when I read about this hammer. It would really be cool if they made this hammer a key hammer to make better iksar trade armor. The stuff they got for us now is sad. They are playing with an Asain feel with them, why not make our armor look cool besides the same armor just different shades of green/grey. Just as another thought, if they can give high elves (noone likes high elves) some really tasty armor that looks cool to boot, then at least consider giveing Iksar smiths the ability to make really outstanding weapons that look cool on iksar :)

can this hammer be used in replacement of smithing hammers? or is it just for the greenmist quest? i have yet to try it with a recipe...
