I know the information you have here matches what Alla says in terms of the precent increase in movement; however, I can tell you there have been fairly recent changes not in the patch notes. I can share illusion and I cast this on my 61 paladin. I have innate run speed 3/5 (how its classified now) and I can keep up with her /following without any illusion/sow/etc. Over the stretch of a long zone, with the illusion cast on myself I used to be able to keep up following some with sow/soe. I no longer can -- in fact its not even close.

Its good information you have, very useful for choosing a mount (if you care about speed). Everyone needs to keep in mind, unlike movement buffs and AAs, mounts need time to accelerate as they run. I'm sure everyone knows that by now, but incase there is a true newbie out there somewhere...

Off Commander Zeruzsh

I picked up a White Silken Bridle off Commander Zeruzsh in SSRA Temple the other day.

#REDACTED, Posted: Jan 19 2004 at 2:47 AM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) Just so everyone knows ...... DONT EVER BUY A HORSE!!! Buy a Drogmor instead. The horses big fat head partially blocks your view and is a targetting nightmare. Drogmor heads dont block your view and are every bit as fast as horses. HORSES REALLY, REALLY SUCK!!!

If you hand the bridle in to Wendal Amondson he will give you the money back for an unwanted horse.

You just hand him the bridle and he will give you a Bag of Platinum. You can then sell the Bag of Platinum to any store. Haven't tried to see if you can get better prices at different vendors, but that may be a good way to get more for the horse.

This item can both BOTH bought and dropped. It sells for like 60k from the bazaar horse vendors. This is the only bridle that is both dropped and vendor bought. All other bridles are vendor bought only except the ornate chain which is dropped only.

If you recieve the bridle from a drop though, I'm not sure if you can sell it back, I would think you probably could though.

I have gotten the White Bridle before also had a 10K bridle turned both in got almost 9K for one and 60K for the other so yes you can turn in dropped bridles for the bag of platinum.
