I am currently working on this quest as a Mage of Keepers of the Art so I can not only get the cloak but faction for my home guild. I am trying to find the correct way to spawn the PoN everytime and have come up with some theories but not sure on them as of yet. When I find more info on this I will post it. I do know this tho the PoN has a PH which is 'a ghoul' and have spawn him 3 times so far. Am working on getting cloak again because when I turned the Faded Cloak in last time I had a Mystic Cloak already that I used all the charges on and didn't get anything in return when I did the second faded cloak turn-in cuz I had the first cloak on my person. I don't suggest having the cloak on ur person when doing turn-in as I had learned the hard way on this matter. DOHHH!!! I have the /loc of the PoN and will get it to you when I write down the coordinates, but it is in the SE tower on the 2nd floor of EoU.

On Monday, August 09, 2004, I sat down to camp the Priest of Najena at 3:00 P.M. E.S.T. (all times are in Eastern Standard Time). Knowing my luck, he wasn't up when I walked in. I killed him around eleven times until I decided one more time and I would leave. Around rolled 1:23 and a ghoul popped. But it wasn't just any ghoul, it was A Priest of Najena. I killed him and looted the key! It took me approximately ten hours. I read one hundred and fifty pages of a book, but I did it. Don't give up, he could be the next spawn! So this quest is still absolutely functional as of August 10th, 2004.
If you don't have a better than +5 INT cloak with rechargeable Steelskin and are level 34, spend the few hours it normally takes to camp the Priest of Najena in Unrest to get this key. Its a fairly safe camp, just the placeholder ghoul in the top of the tower and the one in the closet below it. The Priest himself is kinda tough. I wouldn't recommend it below level 34.
Do this before you get your pet focus item pieces (shovel, torch, stein, broom) to save time. Time management in a game this expansive is important.
Then move on to Najena and free the princess as part of the cloak quest in the jail while you hunt for the many hours it takes to get all of the focus item pieces.
You can also get all the Torn Pages of Mastery and hand them in to Akkstaff for your epic while in Najena also to save even more time if you are so inclined.

If the key is Tarnished then there is a direct link from Tarnished Keys to Tarnished weapons. its a weak and very spurious link but its the best i can come up with at short notice heheheheh JK ))
so, beside the fact that tranished key and tranished weps have a shared word, what is the key for??
