Thought it was for Seru Bane, guess not. I assume it's like the underbulk biles in echo.

Being a Bartender in real life, I can tell you a "Whistle Wetter" is alcohol. I can't believe that none of you have ever heard the term "I need to wet my whistle". Think about it you whistle with your lips and if you drink something your lips get wet. I hope this information puts your grey guys to rest. (Grey Guy = Brain) (Why grey, because your brain is grey matter)

Actually, being a bartender in RL, I thought you'd know the origin of Whistle Wetter. It is Welsh in origin, where the beer steins in local pubs had a whistle included in the molding of the clay mug. One blew this whistle to summon the waitress to re-fill the mug. The whistle was located where the handle met the rim, so it would nearly always get wet by the foam if the mug was properly filled.

But enough of that, What's this stuff for? any brewing or baking or smithing??

I think it may be some sort of new rating for how long one unit of this lasts. In Iceclad ocean there's a drink that's "A flowing drink". I think that would be food's equivilent of "a hearty meal". So maybe a whistle wetter is maybe a food equivilent of a banquet. I could be wrong. Maybe it's food's equivilent of a snack? Who knows.

I don't know, I would tend to think of a "whistle wetter" more as a 'snack' than as a 'banquet'... just my thoughts on it, anyhoos.

And, coming from a **Festering Mushroom**, I am not sure I would want to drink it anyways...
