maybe there to make new items like the runes in diab lo make runeword items? maybe they guinna be used in aug slots or combine them to make a item or rune to go in aug like in diablo they have the rune words?

I have been looting a ton of these and selling them to vendors for a nice piece of change. However, I was in the bazaar and noticed they came up on a search I was doing. The puzzle is; I was searching for "combinable" acrylia. I was expecting small bricks and pieces to show up on the list. These also showed up! So.... Does anyone know of a recipe that uses these? Can they by chance be combined into Acrylia pieces and bricks and blocks? I am going to experiment a bit!
I went a litte further and checked all the classes for combinable and acrylia, and the etched runes did not show. Yet they do show up on a search for combinable acrylia, like Aralene said, with the crushed jems which are not combinable in containers but are quest itmes. So it is still possible that these items are used in a quest on luclin that no one has figured out yet.
Some say that the stackable Etched Acrylia Runes are Grimling currency in various denominations. For me, it might as well be currency since I trade it in at the "currency exchange" (i.e. I sell it to NPCs); I've yet to find any use for it.
The more lucrative (although less common) drop is the acrylia ore. This ore seems to be in good demand with players who practice tradeskills. One problem is that bricks and blocks cannot be stacked (as of this posting date). However, if you have good smithing skills you can do various combinations in a forge to transform the ore into more stackable forms for end use or for selling to other players at a more convenient time. Which vendors do you sell these too and how much is your average return? I have not had much luck selling them.

What are these little butt nuggets used for? I get a s*** load of these from the pigeontoed Grimmies and they sell okay I guess. But they look like branded rabbit turds, and the way those guys walk its no wonder.
