This also dropped for us from Warlord. He was immune to changes in run speed but malosi'd first time. Pulled him with 55 druid and held him with 57 Mage earth pet while druid camped to warrior. 60 cleric for heals. The mage was very happy with this drop. We used the same strategy then for the Corrupted Elysian who dropped the range item. Mage was even happier....
This drops off the warlord and not off avg shak dathor's. Just an FYI so you don't keep killing Shak's expecting to see this in the loot bag.

You have to be kidding me. Do you really think the words "shadow" and "weave" are so stunningly uncommon that they could have only plagirised it? I suppose when the plane of Hate was released, they were also stealing due to Shadow Woven armor? Crystalized shadow, faded shadow...why, what looks like an obsession with shadows is actually just Verant ripping off other artists.

Dropped for us on A-Ro off a shak drathor warlord near druid skellys. Immune to slow, if i remember.

Chanter in group slowed him after Tash, on the other hand Druids said they couldnt snare or root. One group of 2 warriors 2 druids a monk and a chanter took him down fairly easily (all level 58-60)
