There's already a player-made version of this exact shield graphic in-game. I mean sure, this one is an augment rather than a one use container, but it still seems a bit redundant to me.
I'd also assume this must have been some kind of GM hand-out.
I still say there needs to be weapon ornament of the Shar Vahl guardian sword, to match this shield.
And while I'm at it, I'll go ahead and say that I also would love to see a player and/or pet illusion of the big, badass sabertoothed Vah Shir Royal Guards that guard the palace in Shar Vahl. I've always liked how fierce those guys look.
