My two cents, having just camped this. The quickest mission by far is “The Thunder Gun Escape†Some dialog, some simple tasks, then kill X. Either wardens or slavers. Get “Four points of light†text. Check tracking. If no named spawned, drop task and redo. All of this can be done in 8-10 minutes. Other task, you have to wait for a script. And the other task, the named is extremely rare, and this drop is a rare drop in of itself. I did roughly 30 instances before I got this item. Named spawned about every fourth to fifth instance. Hope this helps.

Decided to farm this thing just to play with it and do some testing.
three days , 208 missions , and 49 named later it finally dropped ....
and just for the record the effect doesn't amplify Blood Drinkers Coating but they can both be applied at the same time.

In the roughly 50 instances I saw around 15 named. I got this in Kraklest #2 from Gellwing on 2/7/15. Thought it would never drop.

Can confirm it doesn't stack with blooddrinkers coating. That would have been fun....
