These are used in tinkering for the armor gnomes can make and also used to recharge a few other items in EQ .

anyone know exactly what these are for? i've been told they help in mana recovery, similar to breeze...but honestly, i don't notice a difference and i have a class 5 battery. been told also that you have to have clarity now and then to recharge them, but still don't notice the difference. i found class 1 to class 5 sold at the igloos near dock in iceclad in case anyone wants to get one )
I have no clue what these are for. I first encountered them in the IC igloos and hoping for some clarity-type of use for them immediately asked around and nobody had a clue.
I have heard from more than one person that they are used for tinkering but none of the tinkerers I know could confirm that. Any info would be much appreciated 8)

I can confirm for you....Class 5 mana batteries are used to make and recharge clockwork armor. Too date class 1-4 batteries have no use to tinkerers and I don't know who else they would be of use to.
Class 5 mana battery is used for making/recharging Gnomish Vanishing Device.
The other class mana batteries I am unsure of their purpose, but I have some suspicions I'm keen to investigate soon with my tinkerer

Class 1 mana batteries are used to recharge Anizok's Gauze Press.
Classes 2,3 and 4 still unknown
Class 5 recharge Gnomish Vanishing Devices and Clockwork Watchmen Armour
Class 6 recharge Anizok's Minimizing and Maximizing Devices
