I dunno... pretty weak effect as a reward for the completion of a huge number of time-consuming quests. 5k instant dd plus 3 tick dot that adds the same would be decent for pharming grey trash maybe for tradeskill drops but being directional limits its usefulness plus the recast time is long. I suppose for a class without its own directional ae spells it might be more useful. But seriously for an accomplishment this big the reward should have been a really nice augment similar to Prayer Shawl of the Duke.
The illusion cloak isn't much of a reward either, methinks.

I agree with you, if anything this should have been an alternate way to get the Prayer Shawl besides tradeskills. I hate tradeskills and that's literally the only reason I'll never get the Prayer Shawl. Too much work for an illusion.

I didn't realize this until i got it myself. So if you click it, you will hit multiple targets in front of you, making this item quite valuable, especially for swarming lesser Mobs.
