Given how badly overpriced most other player made items are, I say charge whatever you feel like. Justify it with "Do you know how expensive/difficult/time consuming it was to build this skill?....", that seems to work for the other skills, regardless of the relative usefulness/stats/etc (or lack thereof) on the crafted items. But realistically 200-300pp is about right for an oak bow.
Parts cost around 130pp to make, it's trivial ~192. I would estimate the purchase value of these is not fantastic, but maybe 200-250pp. The Darkwood version are more desirable, but I don't want to take my fletching above 200 just to do them.
Specialy if you can't use a bow. lol. at skill lvl 200 in fletching you can make great money selling bows, even if they are not in high demand. Plus at 200, you still have a good, but expensive, chance on making darkwood bows. I think a druid shouldn't be maxing out fletching unless knows alot of people who can use bows. But, that's just my advice.
P.S. The price for this bow should be around 250pp, but not more! I can make a 21/60 bow that sells for 150pp max. As someone said before, sell them for what you can get away with.
