The max is only 180 for a level 60. It continues to go up by 5 per level after that, although noone has gotten it higher than 200 and is assumed to be (accidentally?) hard capped at 200, which is obtainable at 64.

Does this still Drop, Where, What MoB? Any helpful information instead of the mind numbing noobish banter about what class benefits most or more or who this phat loots should go to or whatever it is you all talk about would be very appreciated.

heh you obviously never fought Aaryonar...don't get me wrong , he isn't like an uber dragon...But he is prolly the 3rd toughest dragon out of ToV...if you can kill him, chances are you an kill ever other dragon in ToV...an to top it off...NToV is one of those zones, great loot, just never seems to provide.
On the other hand this would take alot less force to do then killing Aaryonar...soo /shrug dunno

Well, considering the item has been found by FoH, i would totally have to disagree. It is more then likely dropped from Dread the golem in the ring of cazic, i highly doubt some weak raptor that 2 people can take on would drop such a item. And besides, how often do you think FoH is camping portal in CT?? O_<
if you mean FOH as in Flowers of happiness then there is no chance they could kill anything THEY SUK!!!!!

I am thinking this is prob dreadfangs rare drop. Got the mask tonight off of him tonight. The PH is a frenzied raptor and it seemed like a 20 min spawn rate

This is one of the best helmets that I have seen for any caster or hybrid. Great ac for any class. Im not versed in equipment for rangers or palis or SKs but this appears to be a great ac item for them with good stats. To bad they didnt make this no drop. Will have to hear people bicker over who gets to loot. Unfortunatly since it can be traded its only fair that you non casters can roll if you like, as this will sell for a good deal of money.(This wouldn't make me happy :o( but Sh&% happens and I'll get over it) Fortunatly lots of good stuff drops in Cazic and I might have something you want or you might be waiting for something else to drop. FoH got this might come from an uber mob anyways which means guild determines who gets loot anyways.
Anyhow
1) what drops this helm?
2) what type(s) of group will ba able to take down this mob(assuming some bad ars drops this)
3)Grats to whoever owns this beauty.
As a shaman (or insert any casting class) I would love to own this helm for the ac. My wis is around 193 now so this would be an improvement but I just can't get over the AC on this. Great mana and hp too... wow

Danko is 100% correct, and what stats do and don't do for tradeskills has been determined by parsing, AND by the developer in charge of tradeskills admitting as much at FanFaire.
WIS/INT (whichever is higher) will affect your trade skill up rate. OR, a secondary skill (STR for smithing, DEX for tailoring, etc) will take over if it is higher. The reason most tradeskillers go for wis/int is because its easier to have one set of stat gear rather than several different ones per tradeskill. However, most non-caster smiths that I know (including me) skilled up with +STR, since it is so ridiculously easy to get to 255 STR.

Great item, I am a 58enchanter and wear a Shissar Headband (i dont need an insidious or vel quest... stats would go to waste) And I would most certainly want this piece on my head instead.. again.. I have no need for the int, but would adjust for this one =)
