Shadows of Luclin
The only peice of this caster armor I have seen that would be worth having is the robe, and if I remember it didn't have any resists at all on it.
Druids have it good with UP, but this is a insult of loot as far as Im concerned. Guess it beats the loot of your average mob in a POP zone which is nothing...

LOL at these sleeves ! I think they have the loot tables mixed up with crushbone or something, +2 int, +5 mana....well worth fighting a lvl 51+ mob that summons and enrages,..what a joke!

Y'know, Free... you might not have so many readers laughing at you if you knew how to play the game.. I mean really, it's not all about maxing stats; and if for some reason that's your main goal I feel really bad for anyone that has to deal with you.
There's a guild on my server, with a guildleader that rewards the efforts of his guildies that aren't comfortable in raid situations or prefer to solo, that upon collectiong complete sets of armor (this one included) they receive a reward.. from a reasonably cheap mount, to a set of spells, to (on the rare occasion) ornate molds. Use your head child and think of what could be done with things like this, not what will get you to the next level with as little effort as possible.

i to think that the lvl to Attain this item dosent match the usefullness of the item. you know what i do with all these? i take the link to this item copy and paste it on a post at the developers corner and im pretty sure that if a lot of us do he same with every item that we think is not usefull for the lvl to Attain maybe verant will pay some attention and fix it who know with all the changes goin on they migth consoder some sort of item review. who knows i just do it to see if they really pay attention tot he msg we send them or not

What are you talking about? With a full suit of this I would have much low INT and mana than I would with the items I am wearing now at level 54. And most of my items are tradeable...

Once again, TLC bites us in the @$$! When Verant rushed to re-tool Luclin to remove the Trivial Loot Code, they changed a lot of things to NODROP and/or LORE that should not have been.
Umbral Plains is hurting badly from this. But, of course, the biggest casualty is the Luclin Class-Quest Armor. No one under 40 can hunt the pieces required and no one over 40 wants the result. Even if you do spent forever hunting the components, you end up gaining enough experience that you can go off and get better stuff. This problem would be greatly reduced if the Jewels were non-LORE, but that doesn't seem to have been thought about.
Luclin is an expansion that needed about two months (minimum) of public testing on the test server, but Verant hasn't really figured out how to do that in a way that fits into the business plan.

Aye, agreed the luclin armor isn't up to par in most cases, but there is an exception. Iksar are finally able to get better armor than their Trooper/Dread/Scaled Mystic scale armor in the mid levels. Keep in mind we us SKs are almost limited to an 18 ac BP until we can score a treeweave.
But truthfully, what it has come down too, is a cheap way to equip my alts, with the quest components droppable and the result droppable as well. With a full group in the 40's you can get all pieces in a zone nearly...just kill alot and have a tracker pulling.

The stats on these just make me want to cry. Why oh why would you have a recommended lvl of 50 on these when the gatorscale sleeves give you twice as much int?
