Stumbled on this item in the bazaar last week for 10k. I figured I might as well have an item to cure disease since I'm always having to switch spell slots around ( annoying ).

I figured I had overpaid, until to my surprise, I found it was usable by ALL CLASSES as well as being castable from inventory!

Sure, it's not as good as it used to be ( insta-cast vs 1 second ), but it's still an amazingly useful item. I hotkeyed it and keep it in my inventory slot, so when I, or a group mate, get slowed / diseased I spam click the shield, and in a matter of seconds, target is cured.

As others have mentioned, it works on most slows as well. It's just one of those rare items that can be extemely useful at times.

Saves a spell slot, saves mana, saves time, and most importantly, saves your *** =)

Which means that you can get rid of ANY slow or disease based DOT cast on you in FOUR seconds, max...:)

Add that to the fact that ANYONE can use it from the inventory and you've got one helluva good item again.

I can also see the value of this raising again.

Hello, all. If you're looking at this, you're either a Paladin looking for a shield, or you're looking for an instacast Cure Disease item.

As of a few patches ago, Cure Disease cures /most/ slows. All enchanter, shm, and dragon AE slows I have tested.. there are a few out there I have not. A killer PVP item. Can be cast on others, so, hey! No more slowed tanks after a few seconds.

I am currently selling mine on Druzzil Ro, as armors are getting expensive. Feel free to post a reply here, and I will contact you in game if you're interested. There aren't many on our server. ;) And no one is selling but me.

i myself would put a higher price on a blade stopper than this 25 ac 15 sta and 50 hp plus 10 charges of rune 4.... and dropped offa a lower mob (naggy)
