When I equip this at 105 with full Dreadweave armor equipped, unaugged, it shows 140 ac 3163 H/M/E. When I insert a Stone of the Landing, it shows the proper addition of Hero stats, but only adds 3 ac and no H/M/E. If I link the augged charm to an alt, the link shows the proper Hero stats and 182 ac and 3413 H/M/E... WTF?
I have a full set of CoTF armor, except chest which is RoF T4, and swapped in the CoTF Helm instead of the evolved burden of truth, that made no difference. Something appears to be wrong.

I presume the stats posted here are old, I still have a Quintessence of Shadow from RoF raid, and it has higher stats.

Quintessence of Shadow in particular, Unauged, with all the quests and missions done for RoF is 3620 HP 3628 Mana 3565 END
