Is one of the few rare items that can be cast on the run by non-bards.
This item is the result of the FINAL Rain of Fear Collection quest "Master Scavenger of Fear (Rain of Fear)". Which requires completion of EVER other collection achievement in Rain of Fear as well as one more item random rare off mobs in Heart of Fear.
It is a clicky fade that seems to stasis you for a couple seconds after click. When clicked, Cazic-Thule will send you a tell telling you to die in a fire (and no...I'm not kidding. It's hilarious lol)
