You can use it with Memento of the Ungod's Suffering as long as you use the Nimbus first, THEN the Memento's clicky! Everyone wins :-D

I can't use this with my Memento of the Ungod's Suffering If anyone else is wondering, wasted 400k buying the nimbus and I found out the hard way.
