Wow this sucks..... 100% guaranteed that Warriors Nor Rangers would even use this for the level that you can attain it at. Unless it's twinked. Still some hope for Clerics, Paladins, or Shadow Knights though, and even then, it's not THAT great of an item.

As with many other quest items, the stats on this are not that great for the level it takes to attain it. It is however a quest item. One result from a quest involving this item is a SK specific shield, the Obtentrated Mithril Guard. 35 AC, 15 str, 15 sv fire.
