Prior to the July 16, 2013 patch, you were able to get a different set of ornaments based on equipment slot, but these are no longer attainable and now have the "Ancient" label.

The ANCIENT Ssraeshzian ornaments are usable by ANY CLASS, regardless of the description.

Unfortunately, as of the July 16, 2013 patch, these are no longer attainable by the quest. Only those made PRIOR to this patch will continue to be usable by all classes.
