It's actually 86 (and 85 for the single version), see that bug report. This will be fixed in the october patch.
Might be a change, but I thought I'd let other curious people know - that this ability needs 10 planar alloy bars in order to be cast as of this posting.

Is this Ability only crafted or is there a vendor that sells it like the Ability: Mass Enchant Palladium?
Only crafted an d only returns 1 bar
sorry, 5 bars. The regular versions do 1 bar.
