Dropped for us 30/3-24 after a looong camp, probably 30-40h total.

Expect a long camp. It took me 22:45 hours of zone clearing to get this. I killed 4,548 mobs in this time. I cleared the zone more times than I care to remember.
It dropped off of a Telmiran Custodian in the gnome room, first room to the right after zoning in. this was a roaming mob.
During this camp I also got 2 Orb of Suspension - Clicky Lev ( 1 from a Gnomish Enigma and 1 from a Coldain Overseer)
I also got 3 Strong Captured Cliknar Mount Saddle ( 2 from Naglebrak and 1 from Rockslide)
I need this for my rogue and Bard, but not likely to do this long camping again. At least My Enchanter is happy.

gygn sentry dropped it after about 24-50 hours camping east room from zone in. i was able to clear 2 rooms easily and it took a while but dropped tonight when the song abwoon was playing by lisa gerrard around 5am EST. is clickable from inventory. took a long time. get some music involved. light blue cons to level 93's

Likely does not need to be said; but clickable from inventory for brd/rogue/enc.....not for other classes!

Eyepiece still drops. Killed a few hours a night for about 50 hours total until it dropped off a gnome. Regular instance. First room to the east from the Kernagir portal.

got one to drop today dropped off a dwarf model killed in there off and on for 4 days.
Took about five hours in total, 100 berserker, 100 paladin, 100 bard, 100 cleric, 79 mage, 82 monk. Paladin pulled whole zone, cleric kept paladin up with Shining Bastion, mage kept DS up on paladin, berserker decapitated most mobs, bard played haste/ds and regen for casters. Dropped off of a gnome model. There are a lot of nameds that spawn in this fairly small zone; be careful pulling them in your group, as many snare and can cause problems with their AEs, which can chew up any lowbies tagging along for exp. Our mage died four or five times from AEs.

Roughly 35 hours of keeping a room clear in the temple, an hour here an hour there. Dropped from a Gnomish Enigma.

I ran Fire in the Hole 20+ times, took my Wizard from 0aa to 250aa and from 87 to 88.5, looted 150k in trash loot, and found every other random zonewide rare multiple times before it finally dropped from a gigyn marauder in the static zone.

Got this yesterday off a telmiran in Rockslide's room. Was really wondering if it even dropped anymore. Having killed stuff in BT for over a month in my spare time I can say this drop is ultra-rare.
Just got this from a gnomish overseer, too; in the regular zone.

how rare is this item ? I have did numberous fire in the hole missions and even brell temple groups still just a fable for me
Been doing Fire in the Hole alot and have yet to see one so far..this is getting frustrating...starting to wonder if its really part of the chest lootz?

I've been mass killing in BT pretty much since the zone opened up and have yet to see one. although my buddies have had a few rot while I wasn't on or w/e...it just cements my theory that I am just not meant to get anything easy.

was extremely excited that this could be cast from inventory....thought i could bring back the good ol' tin foil cap on the monk.
could not use the item so i just deleted it.
so it looks like just the classes mentioned above can cast the illusion.
