This mount is claimable by redeeming the loot card of the same name from the Legends of Norrath online card game. The loot cards are randomly inserted into booster packs of the Debt of the Ratonga set.
This horse looks like a brown horse with barding when you're riding it, but it looks like the black unicorn when placed in housing.

Unfortunately the speed of this Horse does not scale up to your fastest mount. Checked it in Qeynos Hills and where my (fast) cragslither ran across the zone in 1 minute 2 seconds, this horse did it in 1 minute and 13 seconds. Also, the preview picture shows a dark, ebon-like horse while it is in fact a tan horse with quit nice armor that has a nice shine to it. Actually I kinda hoped it would be ebon like it showed in the preview..... I uploaded a pic, so check it out.
