This item has become a someone rare drop on the three servers I play on. Can get frustrating to get it to drop!
Yep. This is definitely a rare drop. Killed for 3 hours (~20 seconds per mob) all the non-native mobs in the south of the zone. Didn't get a drop. Many of the other collection items though.
