Sleep is becoming an increasingly arduous endeavor. I hear stories that others are suffering the same visions as myself.
The curious fact that many of my comrades have seemingly evolved beyond the need for sleep at all seems telling that some strange affairs are afoot.
I will bring it to the attention of the council if the situation does not improve, though I am unsure what reason I could provide that would get their attention.
It is all too convenient for these living nightmares, the arrival of these foreigners and the release of that strange crystal in the hills to just be a coincidence...
