No heroic stats on this? 85 agi and 125 sv cold may seem nice, but by the time you can get an item like this all your stats and saves are overcapped anyway... I am a long way from this still and mine are...
Don't worry about the heroic stats on this baby and focus more in the damage it deals. My warrior normally crits for around 3.5-3.7k, and can perform crippling blows for almost 7k.

Ratio is what matters, not speed.....generally.
Yes it's "slow" relative to a 1HB with, say, delay 18, but it's damage overcomes that. Speaking in linear terms, if this ratio were on a "fast" weapon, one with 18 delay, it's damage would only (only, heh) be about 78. Now your weapon is faster but does significantly less damage. But it doesn't matter because the damage output (over time) would be the same.

Too slow? hmm lets see here it's only 3 more delay than triskixx and 11 more dmg...
