I aquired these leggings for my character 09/18/04. All halflings in Nektulos Forest will drop various random bones for the Rogue quest armor. However, the two tibia were the most rare in my search. The leggings completed my set of quest armor.

I don't have them yet, but going by the color of the rest of the armor, they will be silver with gold skulls all over, and black leather strappy bits.
