The best place I've found to hunt the forager cycle is just up the hill from where the river joins the lake. The forager spawns quite close to there, and I dont seem to find many uninvited guests. Grab a Ranger/Druid and a few friends and this is a great place for a group around 50 to get xp and make some decent money.

All the good stuff drops off the forager cycle, no need to kill hunter.

The mob that drops this is a skeleton...
Not a ghost, get a tracker in TT, your gonna have to kill forager. He spawns in place for the forager. We killed forager 6 times and he spawned and dropped the med blanket.

Titail Sinok drops the blanket. It looks like a Spectral Keeper (ghosts that hang around ruins).

Doom - Very large Iksar skeleton – No known drop
Ffroaak - Drops nothing - fast, wizard, his nukes hurt
Harbinger Dresnik (Dronik?) - Iksar ghost wizard - Drops Iksar Hide Mask (tradeable)
Harbinger Josk - drops nothing
Hierophant Ixyl - Iksar skeleton (with pet) – no known loot
Keeper Sessis - drop nothing
Oracle Froskil - Iksar skeleton - no know loot
Partisan Yinlen – Specter – Gleaming Shortsword 10/29 +5 cha 1hs, all melee classes.
Trakanasaurus Rex - Drops Trak Tooth (10/20 Rogue only weapon)
Vessel Fryn - drops nothing - skelie shaman
Forager
Bloodeye - dino that melee's for 127's, drops trak hide armor
Commander Silis - Iksar ghost look. Blue to 50 - Rumor was that this is the rare that has the Regen BP. (19 AC +5 HP Regen)
Flayth - drops nothing
Hangman- Drops hangman's noose. AC 5 + 17% Haste fits in head or waist slot
Keeper Lasnik - Iksar ghost look. Level 45-49 wizard - Drops "Lasnik's Staff" Magic, Lore WT 9.5 MNK WIZ, ALL 2H blunt, 12/40 +5 int +15 mana +15 sv magic.

The Iksar Regen Breastplate and the Hangman's Noose are on the Forager cycle.
