Point blank AE, does not effect the caster.
Does 246 dmg, and i am not sure on how many can be hit. With my druid using tremor(this being the first in the line of spells) i could hit 4 at a time, where normally you can only hit 3 at a time with an rain AE spell. Not sure what the max is for targets, but the point blanks can hurt more than the rains.
