I really dont wanna say that this belt is uber, but for normal players who cant twink all their chars is this belt not too bad..

Quest isnt too hard though....

You are right, its not uber. The +3 INT is not bad, but my newb armor was almost this good and I only needed to be level 5 to get it.

Considering the level it takes to get this, and the time involved on all of the Twilight armor quests, you are better off camping a money maker like Evil Eyes in the Gorge or Hill Giants in Rathe and then buying your alts better equipment in the Bazaar.

Go to the bazaar, look for Twilight Armor for sale, you might find one or 2 pieces here and there for various classes. You know why you don't find more? Because most of it sucks. Period. You can get much much better stuff that is not NO DROP at level 45 (the stated quest level) or get the money to buy stuff you can't get yourself in the same amount of time.

EQ Economics 101. The older the game gets, the more nice loot is out there for sale. The more nice loot is out for sale, the more prices go down on everything. The cheaper everything gets, the more Twilight Armor looks like the crap it really is.

Umm dood, like man said before,

for normal players its not too bad, dont discount the +3 dex casters who need the int need the dex too.

also the time it takes to get it is well spent because its gets you exp. (if it dosnt your too high lvl to want to do this anyway.

I really don't understand your argument.

I am a normal player. As a normal player, and like I said before, at those levels the xp and cash were better in other places than the zones needed for this quest. Again, like I said before, you can get better twink gear for the SAME effort and still get xp. Besides, the Scarlet Desert, which you need the Fastened Links from for this quest, is actually kind of a dangerous zone for anyone less than 45 (recommended quest level) to be in and still dangerous for someone of level 45+ without a group.

What does an INT caster need DEX for? Weapon procs? Few INT caster usable weapons even have procs. DEX doesn't save you from getting hit, AGI does. I am bewildered as to what DEX will give you unless you are into fletching. PLEASE enlighten me why you would need DEX as an INT caster.
