What is the status of this in modern tradeskill terms? As in, can anyone make it? Is the trivial and recipe as reported ages ago?

We need a modern item window pic of this item.

We could use a pic of someone (probably should be a Barbarian...) wielding this.

The manufacturing cost of this weapon is a bit high. However it is a great lower end 1hb for warriors, and shaman wanting to maintain their 1hbs and still do reasonable damage.
