Werent there Prayer Beads that had a clickable effect of Heal? I cant remember exactly.

The mob that drops this can also drop NOTHING! So take this belt and be happy, dammit!
I think you missed that point of his/her post. Basically marauders mire was supposed to be a new high lvl zone, and this item (when compared to those easily attainable in the normal game) is not worth the effort to go get.
Basically he was saving people the time and effort to go get a lackluster piece when there's an easier/better one already out there.
