No one seems to have asked or answered the first and most obvious question -- to me, at least -- is this: once this anchor is in your guild hall, can only the one druid or wizard who opened the package teleport guildies back to the guild hall?? OR can ANY druid or wizzie in the guild use this spell??

This item comes in the Guild Hall Anchor Package purchased from Pagus Nonad, the Loyalty vendor in Sunrise Hills.
A level 60+ Druid or Wizard can use this spell to teleport their group to the Druid/Wizard's Neighborhood Guild Hall if they have placed a Guild Hall Anchor there.
