Just got one on Bertoxx for 15k. Not sure if thats low or high, but I needed it. Added 65 pure HP to my warrior.
you got jacked man, I got mine for 950pp
These are now droppable, and have a recomended level of 51.

In the past, I don't know when, all CT loot was no drop. Then it was all changed. Since then, this as well, as part of being CT loot, is now tradeable.
Also, like all CT loot, it has a level requirement of 51. I got one for my rogue, very nice weapon. The graphic is kind of weird, looks like a plastic knife, like some of the daggers from luclin (fungusbeast spine - same graphic).
Great weapon. I love the 8sta and 65hp on it, my rogue needs all the HP he can get. It's also leightweight. 14/26 = damn nice ratio for a rogue usable PRI weapon.

I just purchased on on CT. They aren't no drop. Maybe some were or they are now? Or the other way around?

i bet with this and 100 skill someone could backstab for like 1 or 200

Backstab is rogue only, and 200 damage on a backstab is pretty damn ******. My 37 rogue uses an 11 22 dagger and his max backstab is 237. A 60 rogue with the bs disc can do 1200+ damage in one backstab....now to wait and land a crit with that bs

Not all are no drop. Now that zone has been up a while many of the items are droppable including this piercer.
