Yep, I picked up this tonight. first very rare item I ever got. A bst won it, but gave it to me after she realised her current shoulder itme had a bunch on wisdom in it.
Lets face it, only a monk can really make full use of it.
Just my 2 cents worth.

I got this a few days ago helping a guildie cleric get her epic. I can't believe I won the roll. I got a 997 from 1 1000. :D. This thing will be with me forever. It makes a great warm blanket for halflings.

turns out that this is a very nice item. the 12dex 12agi really help alot in battle, and anyone who's ever played on a pvp server can tell you that fire + cold + magic are the primary resists that most people build up (ie druid mostly nukes with, you guessed it fire and magic.. wizard gets cold and magic...) how can a mage kill you if his pet can't catch you and his nukes won't land for snap.. it's all a matter of perspective. sure it's a small hit on AC but it's an excellent item for those classes that can wear them (ie classes that generally don't have high ac items in the first place). my 2cp

resists aren't nothing against a wizard, a smart one will just pull out the lure based

any monk/rogue going to turn this down?
nice stats, nice resist, but 6ac???? blah..... i still wont turn down the roll, cuz agi = ac... so you might get about 12-15 ac out of this with the high agi...

Its great fire resist gear. And I can see a wizard wearing this on a regular basis now that the AA crits are dex based.
