Our group spent more than 200 grinding hours clearing the wretched sewers and this dropped once, while the Boots of Slime dropped three times in the same span.

Well for the amount of mana on this piece...i would think that int casters could/would/should be able to use it, considering 3 of the classes don't even use mana...but what do i know i'm only a barbarian warrior = P
Well, evidently it's a leather class armor, so the int casters are out of luck. I agree that the stats would make it a nice item for casters, however.
