Received a pair of these today on 07-13-2003 on Stormhammer indeed droppable.
best Buyable legs a pally or sk can get till they get SS legs,they are both rather cheap for what you get. theres 2 pairs of rubicite that are a must for any sk or pally, these and the ooze coverd rubicite. one for MA duties and other for resists IF you are looking for + to All resist gear.

Yep I have a pair. nice for lvl 51. It is the recominded lvl.

I was on last night, and these Greeves are NOT NO DROP anymore... a younger lvl Paladin could not equip them, and I offered to see if a Half-Elf (thats me) could equip them. I tried them on, very nice britches.

Got those a few days ago, and yes, THEY ARE DROPPABLE!
Might possibly depend on the server ya know...
i wonder if they will ever re-introduce the rubicite aura effect with some of this new rubicite armor
Drops off the Tae Ew warlord in the Throne Room of the new Cazic Thule. Look is deep Red plate, with old world plate texture (with Luclin models turned off)We had 2 drop consecutively on a raid. Don't know really what the minimum group would be needed to farm these, as we clobbered him with a few adds in the mix as well.
