On the Xegony Server maybe I was just lucky but I was able to purchase one of these in the Bazaar for 2pp. I had to look twice at the price for the stats but was happy to get something good for a cheap price.

Very nice. I just ordered up a set for my monk. 8ac is hard to find on a monk bracer, especially below lvl 50, and the str and mr is nice icing.
